4 Technical - selected by you from a list of 17, based on your role, industry, and career aspirations.
Accessing and tracking your progress
You'll access your performance objectives through the MyExperience tool, where you can select which objectives you wish to complete.
In the tool, you'll be able to see the current status of your objective. This includes:

Under review
Complete
Each objective is made up of:
A description
5 elements
To show you’ve met the objective, you’ll be asked to write a statement of 200–500 words explaining how you’ve applied these elements in practice.
This means you'll need to complete nine statements in total.
