Conditional exemptions allow you to apply for exemptions before you've completed your degree. Once you’ve graduated and sent us the required documents, these will be converted into full exemptions.

Check if your course offers conditional exemptions
To find out if your course offers conditional exemptions, please check with your university or learning provider.

What you’ll need to apply
If conditional exemptions are available, your university or tuition provider will be able to provide you with a letter.

Accepting your conditional exemptions
If you're eligible to receive conditional exemptions, then you’ll receive a notification after we have assessed your request and offered your conditional exemptions.

Any conditional exemptions that you are offered will then appear in your MyACCA portal to review, and you can select and pay for the ones you wish to accept.

After you graduate
Once you’ve completed your course, your conditional exemptions can be converted to full exemptions after you submit the required documents, such as your certificate and transcript.

Expiry dates

Conditional exemptions will come with an expiry date, typically one year after your expected graduation. This gives you time to complete your studies and submit the necessary documents to convert these to full exemptions.
