Track your application progress
Once you’ve submitted your registration application online, you can track its progress by logging into your MyACCA portal.

What "In Progress with ACCA" means

If your application status shows "In progress with ACCA", it means that your application is under review. You don’t need to take any further action at this stage. We appreciate your patience while we complete our checks.

If we need more information

If we require additional documents, we’ll leave a comment in your portal explaining exactly what’s needed. You can add these documents to your submitted application from within your portal.

You can scan your documents or take a clear photo using your mobile phone. Before uploading, make sure your files meet the following requirements:

  • File size must be less than 10MB.

  • Formatted as a JPG or PDF.

  • File name must be 20 characters or fewer.

  • Use letters and numbers only in the file name (no symbols).

Trouble uploading files

If you’re having difficulty uploading documents:

  • Try uploading them in smaller batches.

  • Check for any error messages.

  • Follow any on-screen instructions provided.

How long it takes

We aim to review all applications within five working days.

During busy periods - such as just before exam entry deadlines, or if your qualification needs a more detailed assessment (for example, if your awarding institution isn’t listed on our exemption database), the process may take a little longer.

If your application is taking more than five days, please don’t worry. We’ll update you as soon as possible.

Final steps

Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll send you an email with an update.

If you’ve applied for exemptions, you’ll then be able to review any that you may be eligible for and choose whether to accept them through your portal.
