If you can’t see your organisation’s details when you log in to the MyACCA portal, please check the following: 

 

1.Check you’re an admin 

 

Only users set up as admins can view and manage organisation details. If you don’t have admin permissions, you’ll only see your personal account information. Please see our article on accessing the portal for more details. 

 

2. Check you’re using the correct login 

 

You should log in using your own email address and password, not a shared code or username. 

 

3. Account may be suspended 

 

If the organisation has an overdue payment, access will be suspended until payment has been made. Please see our article on overdue fees for more details.
