Check your qualification details
Please use our exemptions calculator to check which exemptions may be available to you. If the exemptions you've been awarded match those shown in the calculator, this means you've received the maximum exemptions available for your qualification.

When using the calculator
To get the most accurate results, make sure you enter/select:

  • The name of your awarding body

  • Year of graduation
  • Your qualification title

  • Details of any accredited modules (including exact module names and codes as shown on your official documents)

If your module details don’t match exactly, we won’t be able to consider them for exemptions.

Exemptions that differ from the calculator
If your awarded exemptions differ from those shown in the calculator and you’ve already submitted all required documents, please contact us using the option below. We’ll be happy to review your exemptions again.

Requesting additional exemptions
While we’re happy to reassess your documents, please note that this doesn’t guarantee additional exemptions will be awarded. Our exemption process is designed to ensure your prior learning closely matches the knowledge and skills required for the ACCA Qualification.

Partially completed degrees
If you have partially completed a Bachelor's degree, you may be eligible for exemptions depending on the level and number of full academic years completed. While a completion certificate is not required, an official university letter confirming the number of full years completed will suffice.

Please note that some exemptions are only available upon full completion of the qualification, even if relevant modules have been completed.

Exemptions are not awarded for partially completed Master's degrees.

Accredited modules from multiple institutions
ACCA defines ‘accredited modules’ as those assessed as part of a named qualification listed in our exemptions calculator. Modules completed at different institutions cannot be combined to claim a single exemption.

Mismatch between syllabus dates and exemptions calculator
Qualifications are accredited within specific date ranges. If you graduated outside these dates, your eligibility will be assessed using our exemption framework, which applies appropriate exemptions to national qualification types not covered by direct accreditation.
