If you experienced difficult circumstances that may have affected your exam performance (mitigating circumstances), you can let us know by submitting details in your portal by scrolling to the Exam support section and selecting Mitigating circumstances.

 

The type of issues that may be considered via mitigating circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • recent bereavement

  • severe illness prior to or during the exam

  • immediate care of a relative with a severe illness

  • technical issues

 

Documentation

It is extremely important for you to provide documentary evidence relating to your personal circumstances (where applicable) for consideration to be given. Documentary evidence can be uploaded as part of your submission.

 

Examples of documentary evidence may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Medical letter or official certificate
