If tokens are not visible in SNA, please try the following steps:
Restart SNA: Fully terminate and restart the SNA application to allow it to refresh and sync properly.
Create a new token: If restarting SNA doesn’t resolve the issue, please create a new token for the student. You can then raise a credit request for the unused token.
