The ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification has a formal credit rating on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF), which is equivalent to UK university degree and master's standards.
The total credit value is split across three main levels:
- Strategic Professional Exams: 180 SCQF credits (Level 11 - Master's degree level).
- Applied Skills Exams: 242 SCQF credits (Level 10 - Bachelor's degree level).
- Applied Knowledge Exams: 91 SCQF credits (Level 8 - Diploma level).
Please note that you will be required to advise the PQ Approvals team of the credit value for the qualification submitted for accreditation.
