We aim to offer the best possible experience for you at your exam venue. If your exam performance is impacted by circumstances at the venue, we ask that you report the issue immediately to the invigilation team, who may be able to resolve the issue.
After the exam
If you feel that the situation has affected your exam performance, please inform us directly by submitting details of your Centre complaint via MyACCA by scrolling to the Exam support section and selecting the Centre complaints option. Only details submitted through your account will be considered.
Your complaint must be submitted by 23:59 hours (UK time) on the closing date. For dates, please see our important dates page for further details.
Once your complaint has been submitted, we'll review it and consider any impact on your performance. In addition, we'll use this information to improve the experience for all students in our venues.
