To reactivate your student account, you need to complete the readmission application. It's important to note that you cannot submit a new application for this purpose, the readmission application process must be completed online.

Please be advised that since you joined, there may have been some updates to our terms and conditions. We ask that you review our online declaration that sets these out, and which you agree to comply with as a student. There's a terms and conditions section within the readmission application that you will need to review and accept before you can continue. If you’ve not already done so, please promptly notify us in writing if you’ve been, or subsequently become, subject to any matters which may engage Bye-law 8

Fees

If you’re returning in the same calendar year you were removed, you’ll need to pay a readmission fee plus any outstanding debt.

If you’re returning in a different year from when you were removed, you’ll need to pay the readmission fee and a pro-rated subscription fee based on when you apply.

Applying for exemptions

If you intend to apply for exemptions, you must wait until your readmission has been completed. Please refer to our guide to exemptions for information on how to prepare your supporting documents.

Joint Examination Scheme (JES) Countries

If you’re registered in a fee-paying Joint Examination Scheme (JES) country, your readmission cannot be processed until our JES partner confirms your readmission with them.

You'll need to follow the steps below:

  1. You first contact your local JES office to complete their readmission steps.

  2. Once the JES confirms your readmission, they will contact us through their MyACCA portal.

  3. The JES will then provide you with a case number.

  4. You will be required to use this case number when submitting your online readmission application.

Once your application is submitted, we’ll verify that you have been readmitted by the JES using the case number provided, and we will complete your readmission to the active ACCA register.
