ACCA session-based exams are amendable up to the standard entry deadline; thereafter, no further changes can be made as they are non-refundable nor transferable.
After the standard deadline
Once the standard entry deadline has passed, you'll be unable to cancel your exam. At this time, we will have made practical arrangements on your behalf, such as booking the venue and allocating seating. We are also unable to move an entry from one session to another because we pay suppliers to set up and administer exams in advance.
We know unexpected problems can occur, and we’re sorry for any difficulty this causes, but we cannot refund exam entry fees once the deadline has passed.
You should, wherever possible, attend your exam and if you wish ACCA to consider things that may affect your performance, you can submit a mitigating circumstances request through your portal.
